OUR TEXT

Matthew 5:8

8 Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.

From time to time a person sends me a prophecy over my life. These prophecies really bless me. This week I received this prophecy about a pure heart

Matthew I feel the Lord wants to say you are beginning something new and Gods favour is upon you. His will is for you to heed His call regardless of the cost. His blessing is upon you and he sees everything that is going on. He is all knowing, you have nothing to worry about or fear. He is tired of false doctrines he sees the purity in your heart and treasures it, it is a thing to behold. A light shines from it even in the midst of darkness. Be strong and courageous for the Lord God is with you and will fight for you.

You see that the Lord God says that I have a pure heart here? A pure heart is something that can be achieved on earth. Does my heart being pure mean that I don’t sin? No, unfortunately I still sin.

The promise to the people that love God in great amounts and love others in great amounts ( i.e. a pure heart) is that they shall see God. As a young child I met a man that had met Jesus on earth as a vision and he said that the pure in heart can see Jesus in their lifetime if God chose. I took that onboard and I can happily report that I have seen Jesus in visions and even been to the throne room in heaven in visions and seen a big ball of light as God himself.

Meeting God in heaven one day is a promise for the pure in heart, and yet you can see the supernatural on earth if you have the faith before you die. Many people in this age have had visions of heaven and of Jesus.

You have to be quite close to Jesus to be motivated in love for God and others in most of the things you do. Do you need to grow closer to Jesus to have a pure heart?

Be Blessed Matthew Robert Payne.
