The Promise

I promised My disciples in the Gospels that when I left,the helper and counselor would come and assist them. It was true, ten days after I ascended back to the Father, the Holy Spirit came and fell on them and their lives were never the same. Peter, who had denied Me a month before, became bold and preached despite being locked up for it and warned not to preach. Peter carried such a presence of the Holy Spirit that people even got healed by having his shadow pass over them. My Holy Spirit is still available and can still lead, instruct, and comfort you.

On earth, My whole life was led by the Holy Spirit. Even as a child growing up, the Holy Spirit would lead Me in what to do. As a youth, the Holy Spirit filled My life with wisdom. The Scriptures were opened up to Me through the assistance of the Holy Spirit. I became friends with the Holy Spirit and He was very close to Me. It is largely thought that I was perfect and without sin, but few people believed that they, too, could be just like Me with the help of the Holy Spirit. I was submitted in all of My life and ways, and that is why I was so effective.

You, too, can submit to the Holy Spirit. You, too, can lay your life down and be led by the Holy Spirit in everything you do and say. Bit by bit, you can give over your life. You can give one area of your life to Me, and then, when you are coping with that area being given over to Me, you can then submit another part of you. The Holy Spirit can take over your life and as you give parts of your life over, He can fill those with Our will for your life. You can give your life to Us and little by little, We can take total possession of you. Give part of your life over to Us today. Seek Me and decide to give part of your life over to Me, today.
