The Words of Jesus – Joy in the Journey

Do you know when you can effect eternity, and you know what good works you are called and designed to do, and you start to do them, and start to see their effect on people and on Me, that you can find real joy in your journey in life? Would you like to live a life that is filled with purpose? Would you like to live a life where you do not just live, but you are really living up to your full potential? How would you like to be told by Me each week that I am proud of you and that you are doing everything that I have called you to do? How would you like to have your life filled with joy instead of boredom and frsustrations?

I lived a life where I knew everything I was had eternal purposes. I lived every day in ministry doing great works. I lived with great joy. I was centered, emotionally stable and I was a powerful force in the world in which I lived. I did nothing with half measure, and whilst things could bring sadness to Me, I was constantly giving My burdens over to God and being refilled with the joy of the Holy Spirit. My life shone. My face shone. I had a presence on My life that people two hundred metres away from Me with their backs to Me could “feel” Me coming. My joy was overpowering to people. My smile was like the sun breaking out from behind clouds. People that encountered My personality knew that I had something that they wanted.

The Christian life was not created to be a drudgery. When I died on the cross, I was meant to take your burdens. You can find your purpose in eternity and you can find the good works that you were created to do, and you can live that life with purpose with great joy in your journey. Even if you are assailed with depression and witchcraft attacks, you can still have joy in your trials or James wouldn’t have written about it. I want to see your joy shining like the sunshine. I want to see your face smiling. I want to see your life healed and you operating out of a position of faith and love for all people. Yes , you too can have joy in the journey.
