A New Affirmation

I am a predestined child of God, an adopted son/daughter, in whom the fullness of Jesus’ Spirit dwells and I am made totally complete in him. I am a new creation, co-crucified with Jesus, and my spirit is one with Jesus, my old man has passed away and I am no longer a slave to sin.

I was created in the image of God, known intimately within the womb of my mother, and set forth on this earth, with unique gifts and callings. I am one useful and vital part of the body of Christ, I am royalty in the eyes of God, and serve as a priest to the needs of humanity, bringing Gods light and love to a broken down world.

I am fully Christ’s ambassador to this generation, not impaired by my sex, nor my nationality, or social status, my body is his temple and is used to bring him glory in all I do and say. I am a beloved child of God whose life is hidden in Christ, and yet who is revealing his mysteries and the higher things of God to everyone that I meet and do life with.
