Journal 13
God:
How are you today?
Matthew:
I have been sleeping all day. I guess I might have needed it. I have just got up and thought I would do my homework now. Its far in the afternoon. The day is slipping away.
God:
I am always here for you to talk to. I am always looking out for you and thinking of you. I honestly delight in you and watch over you. I watch your conversations, the people you meet with and those you talk to over the phone. I enjoy watching you.
Matthew:
It’s so good to know I am friends with such a personal God. You seem to know everything about me and you want to travel along my life with me. I am a little overwhelmed that you have so much to say to me. I feel sometimes that I am not worthy of you and your concerns.
God:
I love all of the people who give their lives to me. I love people who are hungry and seek after me. To be perfectly honest with you, I love all of my creation. I am just full of love. You make it so easy for me to love. You are so pure. Your heart is so pure and honest. You are innocent and lovely. I enjoy you so much. You make my heart proud. I enjoy every part of you.
Matthew.
I have done so many things wrong.
God:
You are my beloved son. I love you not for what you have done or what you haven’t done. I love you for you. I love very part of your personality. I love you and everything about you. You are my child. I love you like a grandfather loves his little grandchild. But you are more exciting to me than a little child. You are a man that I love and adore. Take care

Matthew:
What lie and I believing?
Father:
You believe that you past sins have separated you from my love. You think that I remember all that you have done and you can’t understand how I could have forgiven you and how I could possibly love you. You kind of hold me at arm’s length because you cannot seem to accept that I love you. The fact of the matter is that this is a lie that has to be reversed. I can’t live with you pushing me away all the time.
Matthew:
This is true. I can’t forget my sins and they hamper my relationship with you. I think you can still see them and that it would separate you from me.
Father:
This is the work of the enemy. He has you convinced that Jesus death was not enough to cleanse you and make you clear and free of sin. You need to understand that you are forgiven and Jesus’ blood has washed you clean. This is part of the reason that you continue to want to earn your way into heaven. You don’t truly believe that Jesus death for you was enough. You want to do more to earn your way, but you can’t seem to ever do enough to remove your shame and guilt.
As I speak you can feel this separation. You have a hard time accepting my love. You have to know that you are forgiven and you need to be set free. It is very important to you going forward. The burden for your sin that you carry should not be there in your life.
This way you feel is true for many of my sons and daughters. So many of them carry shame. You need to release it to me.
See you in the courts.
Courts of heaven 13
Jesus take me to the courts.
I see the courts. I see the angels of God in the courts. I honour them. I see you sitting on the bench Father. I give you praise and honour you. I see Jesus my redeemer here. His face is red with blood and his garments are full of blood. He has come from the cross. I honour you Jesus and praise you. I see my personal angels here and standing as witnesses. I honour you guys.
The accuser appears. He says Matthew is guilty of sinning in so many ways.
I confess that he is right. I admit guilt Father. I have so many unconfessed sins that I have done. I also cannot forgive myself and feel unworthy of your love. I repent for all my sins to you. I ask that you might forgive me and take this feeling of shame from me and the sense off separation from you.
Father
You are forgiven. Matthew you are remarkable. You are declared innocent. I wash you in the blood that is on Jesus my son that you can see fresh from the crucifixion. The blood of Jesus cleanses you
and removes your shame. You are forgiven and heaven holds none of your sins on record here anymore. Your life has been wiped clean. I have a white garment for you. Approach the bench.
The Father gets up and before I put the garment on, Jesus full of blood, hugs me. The Father than puts the white cloak on me signifying that I am pure and forgiven. I start to cry. I feel so clean and holy.
Trust:
You are forgiven Matthew. You are holy and righteous in the siight of God and all these witnesses. Wear your robe of righteousness in dignity and honour.
Father:
I judge the accuser and send him to be punished.
I declare that you are my righteous son Matthew. I have written that on a scroll with my own hand. Take the scroll and hang it up in your house. You are worthy of my love.
Matthew:
I take the scroll. Thank you Father for this day and your decision in this matter. Thank you for being present here. I honour you and praise you. Thank you Jesus for coming from the cross to let me know you died for me and cleansed me with your blood. I honour and praise you. Thank you my personal angels for being here with me. I honour you. Thank you Trust and the other angels for being here. I leave the court.
