Getting Right with God- Part 29

Journal 29

God:

How are you doing Matthew?

Matthew:

I am pretty good my Father. I was trying to witness to two Muslims last night and they ended up trying to convert me. They were very insistent that I leave Christianity and try Islam. I know they would be very dangerous to a new Christian or someone who didn’t have aa strong faith.

God:

They are very determined because they are convinced that they are on the right path to God. They have been stepped in their tradition for years and years. Didn’t you find them a great example of what Christians could and should be?

Matthew:

Yes. I find that I would not even be as convincing about my faith a these two were. They were very insistent that I give up my faith. It is as though I got spiritually damaged through this.

God:
I heal you of that effect on you. They did leave a demonic deposit with you. I clear that away from you now. Can you imagine how the world would be if every Christian could share their faith like those two men shared theirs?

Matthew:

Yes, it would be a different world that we would be living in for sure.

God:

Take care.

Openness and Vulnerability 29

Matthew:

What lie am I believing?

You believe that listening to people is a form of love and you should listen to be loving. This is right many times but last night you found that listening to these two Muslims left a demonic deposit on your life. You are not called to go around and listen to people who understand your faith but have chosen to reject it and who are insistent that you leave yours. That is like you sitting down with Satan himself and thinking that you are being loving to listen to him.

There was a very good writer on an article database that you were part of years ago. You used to write up to four articles in a night some days and yet this person used to write 30 new articles a day and he was a very good communicator. He was an atheist and spoke strongly against the Christian faith and you loved to read what eh used to write as you respected him as a writer. Do you remember what I had you do concerning him?

Matthew:

Yes you said for me to stop reading what he wrote as you said that it was dangerous for my faith to be reading him.

Father:

You see, no matter how much you love people, sometimes it is dangerous for you to listen to people. I hope that last night you were able to learn a valuable lesson. Today you woke up and your spirit was still disturbed. They had no interest listening to what you had to say. It was Satan’s assignment on your life to make you become unhinged by what they said.

You don’t have to be polite and listen to people. You can excuse yourself. You can agree to disagree with people and leave their presence. You don’t have to subject yourself to error and untruth, no matter how much compassion that you have for people.

Please learn that you don’t have to listen to people to be loving. This is a valuable lesson for you to hear from me. Take care.

Courts of heaven 29

Jesus take me to the courts.

I see the courts. I see a rainbow over the throne and I see bright glory coming off the Father’s face. I honour you Father. I see Jesus standing next to my table. I honour you Jesus. I see a court reporter who is going to record what is said today. I see angels and my personal angels. I honour them.

I see my accuser; he says that I don’t know the truth of my faith like I should.

I agree. Last might taught me that. I do know that I love people and I have a good prophetic gift that can be useful on this types of situations. I repent for not having the knowledge or the ability to share my faith as well as I could do.
Father:

You are forgiven Matthew. You have plenty of testimonies that would be very convincing to people that are open. Those Muslim men last night were not open in any way. I would not wish to change you in any way. You don’t have to be a person who argues your faith, it is a lot more convincing to share testimonies that you are very good sat doing.

I judge the accuser and send him to be punished.

I write a scroll for you. “I am a living witness that Jesus Christ is real.”

Matthew:

Thank you Father. I honor you. Thank you Jesus, I honor you. Thank you angels. I honor you. I leave the court
