Journal 19
God:
How are you today?
Matthew:
I am tired from staying up 36 hours. I am feeling a little tired even though I slept right in. It was a wonderful day yesterday ad we had a great session didn’t we?
God:
You won’t have to stay up all night and all the next day to have a good session with me. I am a God that can supply all of your needs. I can lead you, teach you and comfort you. I am becoming more than just a being in heaven that doesn’t really take notice of your life. Today I am speaking to you face to face. I am becoming more real to you with every conversation.
That is how it will be with other people also as they begin to journal with me. I will reveal myself to them. The more honest they are with me, with what they write the more honest that I can be with them and the better I can touch them.
I really enjoy our times together. You are getting close to your third week of journals. You and I have covered a lot of space and subjects. You must be getting more comfortable with the process now.
Matthew:
I am getting more and more comfortable with talking to you each day. Doing these journals is still an effort each day. II have to decide to take the time to do them, but I find I am looking forward to hearing from you each day.
God:
I look forward to speaking to you each day. We are on a journey together- a journey into your healing. I enjoy you. I really love you and what you have to say.
Matthew:
That is sweet to hear. I am touched that you like to speak to me. I used the word like there and I should have used love as that is what you said. There seems to still be distance between us.
God:
You need not worry about that distance you perceive. As we deal with the lies that you believe we will clear that up. As you heard it prophesied, you are going to grow really close to me. That is the truth of the matter. We are going to become a force to be reckoned with. One day you will wake up to us being one. You and I will be so close. Closer than you ever were with Jesus. He led you to me. He will always be your friend. You don’t have to worry about that. Take care.
Openness and Vulnerability 19
Matthew:
What lie am I believing?
Father:
You believe that you have to be perfect to be honoured by the world. It’s a subtle lie. It’s something that affects you. You care so much about your reputation and what people think of you. We discussed it yesterday that not every person is going to honour you and love you. Jesus was perfect and not all people loved and honoured him.
You have to get away from this performance that you do. You are not on earth to make men happy and to please men. You are on earth to please me and do my will. Some things I will have you say in the future will cause great unrest and division among those that know you. Some things that I will lead you to say will have masses of people stop following you and honouring you. Some of these will be convicted by the Holy Spirit about the truth of what you said and will return but many will refuse the conviction of the Holy Spirit and will leave your support forever.
You saw this in the life of Jesus when he told the people of the law that they had to eat if flesh and drink his blood if they wanted to continue with him. If this wasn’t figurative, this blood drinking would mean people would have had to break the laws of God. Most people didn’t understand and Jesus lost nearly all his followers that day.
I want you so close to me, so that I can use you to bring my words to the people. If you are afraid of offending people, I can’t use you as I want to use you in the future. You simply have to choose to be you and to follow my lead no matter who accepts you or not. Can you understand this and why this lie is so crucial that you understand it and correct it in your life?
Matthew:
I can understand. I guess it is my flesh. I just want to be loved and accepted. It is a strong desire in me and it makes my be careful with what I say.
I never knew I believed so many lies. I am glad we are exposing them one by one.
Father:
You are my son. I want you walking in truth. Take care, I will see you in the courts.
Courts of Heaven
Jesus take me to the courts.
I see the courts. I see the courtroom is full of angels. I honour them. I see the Father on his throne/chair and he smiles at me. I honour you Father. I see Jesus at my table with me as well as my personal angels, Bethany, Michal and Elisha. I honour Jesus and my personal angels.
I see the accuser. He says I care more about man’s opinions than Gods.
I confess that I care a lot about man’s opinions and what they think of me. Father was exposing this lie concerning this. I repent for caring more about man’s opinions than Gods. I ask you Father to forgive me for this.
Father:
I forgive you Matthew. I speak boldness to you and release that boldness over you to speak up and speak out. I cleanse you in the blood of Jesus. I will continue to encourage you to share my truth. I release you from the fear of man. Feel my anointing coming on you right now.
I judge the accuser and send him to his punishment.
I write a scroll with my own hand for you. “I will say everything that God leads me to say, when he says to say it.” Hang that on your wall.
Jesus:
I love you Matthew. I look forward to seeing that new boldness in action.
Matthew:
I thank Father for his words and the scroll. I honour him. I thank Jesus for his words. I honour him. I honour my angels. I leave the court.
