Getting right with God- Part 58

Journal 58

God:

How are you?

Matthew:

I got up early and tried to go back to sleep but couldn’t sleep. I have to really get used to this getting up early. In two weeks I have to go to my exercise physiologist at 11 am. Last time I stayed up the night before to get up in time. This time I will be able to go to bed before I go. I won’t have to stay up all night. This is good. Also with my meal on wheels delivery I will be able to get up in time this week. This is changing my life. I know it may only be a season that it lasts for but it is good so far.

God:

Yes, you are experiencing what normal people experience. I am happy for you. I know that you deserve it and you have certainly suffered enough with bad sleep patterns. It is good to see you happy with the new turn of events. It was good to see you do your exercise today. It was good to see you didn’t skip it. It is good to see you trying in that regard.

Matthew:

It’s hard for me to discipline myself to do the exercises every second day. It’s a lot easier to skip but then I feel guilty all of the day. I don’t like the guilty feeling and I like the feeling I get when I do them. It is not easy to get things on the right track. It’s not that easy for me.

God:

Everything worthwhile takes a bit of effort. You have to put some effort into it all. I am proud of you though for trying. You are pleasing me and the people of heaven with your efforts. You have not been consistent on your exercise bike for the last week but that will be corrected again soon.

You are doing well. Like I said, I am proud of you. Take care.

Openness and Vulnerability 58

Matthew:

What lie am I believing?

Father:

You believe that some people are special to God and blessed more than others. You think that God has favourites despite the scriptures that say the opposite of that. This is a dangerous lie because if you start to think that you are a favourite it puffs you up with pride but if you think you are not a favourite and you see others as one it fills you with jealousy and envy.

You have believed this lie most of your Christian life and it has messed with your faith. You need to renounce this even though you want to be one of my favourites. You are special to me and dear to my heart, but other people are just as special as you. Even though you are given access to more of my kingdom more than others, it does not make you my favourite, it is simply because your faith has taken you there.

Matthew:

I renounce the lie that some people are more important to God than others.

Father:

Now that was a hard one for you to let go of. Let’s keep that first and foremost in your mind. You are not more special than others even though you are special to me. Take care.

Courts of Heaven 58

Matthew:

Jesus, take me to the courts.

I see the courts. I see the Father. I honor him. I see Jesus and I give him a hug. I listen to what he says to me. I give my personal angels a hug each. I listen to what they say to me. I honor those in the court that are for me.

I see the accuser, he says I will never be whole.

I may not ever be whole. I accept that to be the truth of the matter but I will continue with my counselling to make a difference to me. I am happy to be myself and I know I have a good influence on many people and I desire to continue to do that.

Father:

You will be made whole Matthew. You will be healed and set free. You will have a great turnaround and you will amaze people. Everything about you will improve. You are precious to me. I wash you afresh on the blood of Jesus.

I judge the accuser and send him to be punished.

I write a scroll for you, I will minister out of wholeness and revelation.”

Matthew:

I thank you Father for your scroll. I thank you for you encouraging words. I thank everyone in the court. I leave the courts.
